Welcome to Shady Tree Hospitality! We're Ryan and Ashley, a Nebraska-rooted family who believes that the best vacations aren't just about where you stay—they're about feeling at home while discovering the places that make a community special.

After purchasing our Omaha home as a place to spend more time with family, we fell in love with the neighborhood, its local businesses, and everything the city has to offer. We created Shady Tree Hospitality to share that experience with others by offering thoughtfully prepared homes where guests can relax, recharge, and experience Omaha like a local.

Our approach to hosting is guided by three simple values:

We're proud to be a small, family-run business. When we're not preparing our homes for guests, you'll usually find us hiking, exploring local coffee shops, or taking our adventurous cat, Sazerac, for walks.
